Founded in Madrid
January 2011 marks the beginning: the firm is founded in Madrid, Spain, with a mission to help companies through change — together with the people who make change possible.
Expansion to the Caribbean
We began projects in the Dominican Republic, working with companies like Banco del Progreso, consulting firm EY, and the merger of Banco BHD and Banco León.
Growing across the region
Operating across the Caribbean from Cancún, with projects in Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Panama, and the United States. By 2016, new clients kept placing their trust in us.
People Development Consultants opens in the U.S.
We opened our U.S. firm, People Development Consultants, LLC, based in Florida — created to serve the U.S. market and the many Latin American companies with corporate headquarters there. By 2018 our team of associate consultants had grown to 14 people.

We made it through the pandemic, learned from uncertainty, and evolved alongside our clients. Now, in the middle of the AI revolution, we partner with leaders who know the human side is still what matters most. We train, we recruit, and we transform cultures so AI adds — instead of displaces.
